Privacy policy

This is a demonstration. The booking form, the contact form and the concierge accept input and show what a real booking would look like — but nothing is stored in a database and no email is sent. Data you type in leaves your browser for the duration of the request and is then gone.

Please still do not enter real data. There is no reason to, and we would rather not receive it.

• Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) delivers these pages. Server logs contain the IP address, the requested page and the time — Vercel processes them to operate and secure the service.
• Third-country transfer: hosting takes place partly in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses of the provider.
• Database: Supabase (data centre EU, Frankfurt) holds the room, price and package data of the invented business — no personal data.
• AI concierge: if a key is configured, questions are sent to Anthropic (USA) for processing and are not stored here. The chat window says that you are writing to an AI.
• No cookies for tracking, no analytics, no advertising network. Fonts are delivered from this server, not from Google.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). For requests concerning this demo, write to office@stevemaneraproductions.at.

A hotel that actually takes bookings needs more than this page: legal bases and retention periods per processing activity, data processing agreements with all processors, and a contact point for data subject requests. That is part of a real project, not of a demonstration.
